I’ve been working closely with the Kilnyard Farm family as they grow and diversify their fourth-generation farm. Together, we’ve developed a business growth plan that includes launching a direct-to-market lamb box scheme, creating Ellie’s Farm Shop, and laying the groundwork for future ventures like a dairy and farm school. Ewe & Moo Dairy - COMING SOON
I worked with Ewe & Moo Dairy, part of Ecclesia Farms - a faith-based collective of local farming projects - to build the business from the ground up. This included developing a distinctive, story-led brand identity, designing and building a professional website, and creating cohesive marketing collateral to support visibility and sales. Alongside the branding and marketing strategy, I played a key role in the initial business setup, helping shape the structure to attract and reassure shareholders, and managing the associated legal, compliance, and operational requirements.
I also oversaw elements of the dairy’s day-to-day management, ensuring farming standards and regulatory compliance were met. This project showcases my ability to combine strategic marketing, brand development, website design, business setup, and operational management - creating not just a strong brand, but a credible, compliant, and investment-ready enterprise.

James Mannion is a Soul Coach, Cancer Coach and all round wonderful person who just wants everyone around him to become their very Best Self. For James I created a new brand and logo along with supporting website. The website highlights his personal coaching as well as his corporate and military experience.
